About Catalyst Choices
We’re an adult social care organisation based in Warrington, St Helens and Halton and since 2015 we’ve worked with local people, helping them do more of the things they enjoy in life.  
The needs of our customers can be quite varied, but one thing that remains the same when they work with us is that they remain in charge; we do things their way. We’re strong believers in personal choice so we make sure every care package we develop has the customer receiving it front and centre.  
All of the brilliant work we do is made possible by our team. Catalyst is an employee-owned organisation, governed by an Executive Board and led by a Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. As Employee Owners, our staff influence the strategic decisions made by our senior leaders as well as being rewarded financially by sharing in any profits we make.
