All of the brilliant work we do is made possible by our team. Catalyst is an employee-owned organisation, governed by an Executive Board and led by a Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. As Employee Owners, our staff influence the strategic decisions made by our senior leaders as well as being rewarded financially by sharing in any profits we make.
