Based out of the Woolston neighbourhood hub, Catalyst Days Woolston operates on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. On these days a Catalyst Days team hires a room at the hub and enjoys all the site has to offer along with their own structured activities. The centre boasts:​

Based out of St Werburgh's community centre, Catalyst Days St Werburgh's operates on Monday, Tuesday and Friday each week and our sessions focus on supporting people to maintain independence skills and retain life-long friendships.
Sandy Lane
Based out of Sandy Lane community centre, Catalyst Days Sandy Lane operates on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week and is a Days offer dedicated to people over the age of 65, but young in heart. The sessions reduce social isolation, offer stimulating activities each week.
