Thank you for booking a stay with Catalyst Breaks at Honeysuckle. We are delighted to welcome you and provide the care and support you need during your stay. You will have received an email off Calendly confirming your stay. Please find below our terms and conditions, and our cancellation policy.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Upon booking you have arranged a check-in time and check-out time, please be aware late check-out could incur an additional cost.

  2. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest. Catalyst Breaks will make a list of all belongings to ensure belongings are returned home.

  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the facility. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

  4. Any damage to Honeysuckle property caused by guests will result in a charge to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

  5. We cannot accept bookings from new clients via this system prior to a thorough transition plan in which a person-centred care plan is produced and confirmation of funding has been granted. If you are a new client who has used the calendly link to arrange a booking please contact us directly. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your stay, please contact us. Cancellations need to be made 2 days before the check-in date via breaks@catalystchoices.org.uk or on 07311799905

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one night allocation.

  • No-shows will incur the stay’s full allocation.

Please be aware we cannot offer mass weekend bed blocking, so please keep this in mind when you are booking to avoid cancellation. Instead, please aim to use your yearly allocation evenly, this way all our clients can enjoy stays at Catalyst Breaks. For more information on our offer please watch this video:
