Overview:
To lead and grow a high-quality, person-centered day service that supports adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals, connect with their community, and live their best lives.
What exactly is the purpose of the job?
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Gorse Covert Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered support for adults with learning disabilities.
To provide strategic and operational leadership to the team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with Catalyst Choices’ values.
To promote a culture of inclusion, dignity, and empowerment, enabling service users to live fulfilling and independent lives.
To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to grow and develop the service in line with community needs and organisational goals.
To champion and embed person-centered activities that reflect interest of each individual, promoting engagement, independence and wellbeing.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary : £37,000.00 per annum
Hours : 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.
