About the Role

We’re now looking for a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team and help us continue delivering the best possible care for our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and happiness of our residents. You’ll lead by example, delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting care staff, and maintaining accurate care plans. You will have supported from a GP that will provide oversight.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with NMC standards.
Developing and reviewing personalised care plans.
Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.

About You
We’re looking for a nurse who is compassionate, proactive, and truly cares about making a difference.
Essential requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
A genuine passion for elderly and person-centred care.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous nursing experience
Desirable:
Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
Knowledge of care planning systems and CQC requirements.
